As a Product Designer for SocialChange, I crafted a visually engaging and user-friendly Rewards & Loyalty app from the ground up. My work included defining the user experience, creating an innovative design system, and establishing a distinctive brand identity that pushed creative boundaries while maintaining usability. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, I ensured the platform offered a seamless and rewarding user journey, combining familiar UX principles with bold, original concepts.

1. discovery

01 Discovery Workshop & UX Sketches

Led design workshops with the client and partners to uncover insights, define needs, and frame key challenges. Created a wishlist of features to shape the platform’s future development.

Focused on thorough research, using UX sketches to identify pain points, improve usability, and optimize the user experience for this new app.

02 Design System

One of the challenges for me as a lead designer was to build a Design Language System (DLS) to establish consistent design standards for our UI and ensure cohesiveness.

01 Onboarding Screens

Designed onboarding screens to provide a seamless introduction to the app, guiding users through key features and setting clear expectations.

02 Main Game Screens

Designed the core game interface, focusing on clear navigation and engaging visuals. The layout prioritizes ease of use, ensuring players can quickly access key features like leaderboard, live matches, and stats, while providing an immersive experience tailored to both novice and experienced users.

03 Profile & Account Settings

Designed intuitive profile and account settings screens, allowing users to easily manage their personal information, preferences, and security settings. The focus was on simplicity and accessibility, ensuring a smooth user experience for managing game-related details and account customization.

04 Coming Soon Page

Designed a dynamic “Coming Soon” website incorporating 3D elements that complement the overall style and design. The 3D visuals enhance the user experience, creating a modern, interactive feel while building excitement and curiosity for the upcoming launch.
