Designed and delivered multiple solutions, including a company panel, client website, and IoT mobile application, focusing on improving user experience, usability, and functionality. The work aimed to streamline enterprise workflows, enhance digital engagement, and support IoT adoption for STC’s customers.
The user portal was designed to empower individual users with a seamless experience for managing their accounts. It allows users to track data and plan consumption, upgrade or downgrade plans, manage plan add-ons, view and pay bills, update profile settings, and open support tickets, all in one intuitive platform.
The admin portal caters to organizations, enabling them to efficiently manage their accounts and operations. Admins can oversee billings, track order fulfillment, handle products and services, manage admin accounts, and resolve trouble tickets. The portal also provides detailed billing features, including consolidated billing reports, statements of accounts, and autopayment management, streamlining organizational workflows.
While our analysis revealed that most of users would access the portal on larger screens, we ensured a fully functional and optimized mobile interface. This design guarantees a seamless experience for users, allowing them to efficiently manage their accounts and operations, regardless of their device.
The STC B2B website serves as the entry point to the portal while also functioning as a hub for discovering products and services, learning about STC, and exploring tailored solutions. Users can easily browse devices, compare features, select plans, and add personalized addons, all within an intuitive, user-friendly, and engaging interface.
