After STC acquired Q-Tickets, I led the UX and UI design overhaul for their new Drive-In Cinema platform. The project involved rebranding the entire ticketing experience across both web and mobile platforms. We introduced new features while ensuring the interface remained familiar for existing users.
Streamlined the booking experience by unifying the process and UI, simplifying it into 1-2 screens for efficiency. Introduced transparent ticket pricing and an organized checkout with Guest and Login options. Added a “My Bookings” menu for easy access post-login, enhancing usability and task completion.
Optimized mobile usability with a consistent booking flow, nearest cinema filters, and a simplified 1-2 screen process. Ticket pricing and booking options are now always visible, while the organized checkout and country selection prompt prevent errors, ensuring a seamless experience.
