InsTrack, a leading Instagram analytics app, trusted by millions since 2012, needed a complete UX and UI overhaul to modernize its interface and address user pain points. By basing the redesign on user feedback and Firebase data, we revamped the app to enhance trust, user satisfaction, and engagement while delivering actionable insights and fostering user growth.
Collected and analyzed user feedback from surveys, reviews, and focus groups.
Extracted key behavioral insights from Firebase data, identifying user demographics, top app sections, and pain points.
Defined the ideal target users, focusing on Instagram marketers, account managers, small business owners, creators, and influencers.
For the app’s design, I focused on users who prefer to dig deeper into insights and analysis. The challenge was to present as much information as possible while maintaining a clean, uncluttered UI. I carefully balanced the layout, ensuring clarity and easy navigation while offering detailed data and actionable insights for a seamless user experience.
