01 Design thinking Workshops
We ran design thinking workshops on daily bases for a period of 2 months for us to be able to identify the MVPs and craft the Journeys accordingly.
02 Pain Points mapped
We identified various pain points mapped on the as-is service blueprint: 60+ customer pain points, 50+ process inefficiencies pain points, 24 technology
pain points.
03 Feature Ideation
To give shape for each MVP, we broke down the
customer journey ,where features were ideated
addressing customer pain points across each journey.
04 Feature Clustering
We clustered features into themes, and applied voting on which features are most desirable (keeping customer pain points reference as a reference).
05 Prioritizing features.
4 features out of 38 were chosen as MUST HAVE
in the MoScoW matrix based on business
requirements and technical feasibility.
01 Flow Visualisation
We collaborated with stakeholders on technical specs, and got business approval to proceed with the proposed flows.
02 Prototype Testing & Documentation
Conducted remote usability testing sessions with 12 stc customers. The outcomes were addressed and prototypes were refined
