Led the reimagining and digital transformation of an internal FieldForce app.
– Implemented automated visit scheduling for Trade Marketing Executives (TMR) and digitized store management processes, creating a more efficient workflow.
– Redesigned the store management system, reducing task time by 50% and ensuring a zero-error experience through a guided step-by-step UX, as confirmed by user testing.
– Introduced a gamification point system, doubling store owner engagement and increasing daily task completion for TMRs by 1.5x.
The design not only addressed immediate needs but also set the stage for long-term growth by introducing a scalable design system. This system was crafted to ensure consistency, streamline future updates, and adapt seamlessly to evolving requirements, making it a robust foundation for the platform’s expansion.
An app designed to fully digitize the Merchant process, replacing paper-based tasks with a seamless mobile experience. The audit workflow was simplified with guided steps and clear CTAs to minimize errors, ensuring an intuitive and efficient process. Additionally, a gamification system was introduced, making the platform more engaging and enjoyable for users.
A streamlined app experience for TMRs featuring a dashboard with store audits, competition reports, digital contracts, and a leaderboard. The app also includes a personal development section with an HR portal and training resources. Key features include a simplified store audit card to track visits and reviews, a “Today’s Plan” view (list or map) and much more.
The Retail View was designed to allow retailers to conduct their own store audits using a guided, step-by-step format, ensuring no room for errors. This view is also integrated with a gamification system to encourage timely and accurate audits. Additionally, a notification system was introduced to help stores track stock levels and enable TMRs to send tips, tricks, and review notes, enhancing communication and workflow efficiency.
