Twiks is a food delivery platform I developed from the ground up, leading the UX, UI, and branding efforts. The platform offers a seamless experience for customers to browse menus, place orders, and track deliveries, while equipping shop owners and administrators with efficient tools to manage operations. By combining intuitive design and a unique brand identity, Twiks redefines the food delivery experience and stands out in a competitive market.

01 Discovery & Ideation Workshop

As the lead designer, I conducted an in-depth discovery and ideation workshop to lay the foundation for this innovative app. Through collaborative sessions with stakeholders, we identified key features and user needs, shaping the app’s unique blend of delivery and social networking.

02 Competitor Analysis

As part of the design process, I conducted a thorough competitor analysis to ensure our app stands out in a crowded market. This analysis involved: Market Landscape Evaluation, Feature Comparison, User Experience Insights & Differentiation Strategy.

03 MVP Discovery

In the MVP discovery phase, I focused on identifying the core features and functionalities essential for launching the initial version of the app. This involved gathering and prioritising user needs and defining key functionalities while allowing for future enhancements.

04 User Flow

I developed detailed user flows to map out the complete journey users take through the app. This involved designing intuitive paths for key actions, from initial interaction to goal completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.

05 Design System

One of the challenges for me as a lead designer was to build a Design Language System (DLS) to establish consistent design standards for our UI and ensure cohesiveness.

For Twiks’ branding, I crafted a clean and approachable identity centered around a minimalist shopping bag logo, symbolizing simplicity and convenience. The brand guidelines emphasize modern typography, a vibrant color palette, and consistent design elements to establish a distinctive and memorable presence in the competitive food delivery market.

02 Website Visual Design

The Twiks shopping platform offers innovative features to enhance the user experience, including the ability to create customizable packages and schedule deliveries. Shops can share updates and promotions in a dynamic stories format, keeping customers engaged. The platform supports both delivery and self-pickup options, providing flexibility for users. Additionally, live order tracking ensures customers stay informed every step of the way, creating a seamless and reliable shopping experience.

03 Customer App

The Twiks customer app was designed for a seamless mobile experience, prioritizing simplicity and ease of use. It offers intuitive navigation and smooth interactions, ensuring consistency with the web platform while optimized for mobile screens.

04 Merchant App

The Twiks merchant app was designed to streamline store management, providing an intuitive interface for real-time notifications, product management, order tracking, and analytics. Focused on efficiency, it empowers sellers with the tools they need for smooth daily operations, all within a user-friendly mobile experience.

05 Driver's App

The Twiks driver app was designed for simplicity and efficiency, allowing drivers to easily manage their availability, orders, invoices, and ratings. With a streamlined interface, it ensures drivers can quickly access and update their profile, helping them stay organized and focused on delivering exceptional service.

06 Prototyping

Prototyping was an essential part of the design process, allowing us to test and refine the user experience internally and provide the client with a tangible preview of the design and flow. This step ensured alignment with the client’s expectations and helped identify potential usability improvements early on.
